Photography

I shoot photography across a range of editorial and commercial clients, ranging from world-leading magazines to tour operators and tourism boards. I’ve been lucky enough to shoot around the globe and in a wide variety of conditions, from the frozen islands of Arctic Svalbard to the humid jungles of the Peruvian Andes. My marketing experience means I know how to compose a shot to work in with your designer’s needs, with my images placed in billboards, brochures, print and digital advertisements, blogs and more.

For editorial photography, I’ve contributed to:

  • National Geographic Traveller (UK)

  • The Independent

  • Australian Geographic

  • The Age and Sydney Morning Herald

  • The Herald Sun

  • Signature Luxury Travel & Style

  • get lost Magazine

  • news.com.au

  • Wellbeing Magazine

  • The Journal by Intrepid Travel

For commercial and marketing photography, I’ve shot for a range of tourism organisations, including:

  • Tourism Australia

  • Visit Victoria

  • Hong Kong Tourism Board

  • Intrepid Travel

  • Urban Adventures

  • Peregrine Adventures

  • Cruise & Maritime Voyages.

While I specialise in travel photography, I’ve also worked with architects, restaurants and festivals, as well as shooting personal portraits.

Check out a collection of my favourite projects below.

Projects

NECI Project | Tourism Australia

I shot the best sites and attractions in Melbourne as part of Tourism Australia’s $12 million content creation initiative, NECI.

Antarctica | Signature Luxury Travel & Style

I travelled to Antarctica with Viking on one of the first voyages aboard their luxury expedition ship, Viking Polaris.

Heli-hiking on Franz Josef Glacier | National Geographic Traveller

Franz Josef Glacier is the most accessible of the Southern Alps’ 3,000 glaciers. I completed a guided hike across its icy, crevasse-ridden surface as part of National Geographic Traveller’s cover story.

After the bushfires |

National Geographic Traveller

A year on from the devastating Black Summer bushfires, I revisit the coastal towns effected by the blaze.

Sustainable Seafood |

National Geographic Traveller

‘Tuna cowboys’ made their fortunes fishing off Australia’s southern coast in the mid 1900s until fish stock almost collapsed. I visited Port Lincoln to document the region’s commitment to sustainable seafood.

Svalbard |

Intrepid Travel

I ventured to the frozen high Arctic to shoot for Intrepid Travel’s range of polar expedition experiences.
